Working with Adolescents and children

I specialise with working with young people and have found my processes and techniques to be extremely effective with this age group. Adolescents often feel trapped by their bodies, their belief systems, their parents, school system. peers, and lack of financial independence. Young people are extremely receptive to this deep subconscious work and they really enjoy working with the metaphors rather than just talking something through.
My work is aimed at empowering them to embody Choice, Responsibility and Personal Freedom.

Birth Preparation

Birth is a monumental event for everyone involved, Mother, Father and especially the baby. Birth has the potential to set up the new baby's life for one of health and wellbeing or it can be instrumental in creating life long patterns of trauma and negativity. During birth a mother has the opportunity to discover the source of her innate power and reach ecstatic non-ordinary states of consciousness. In today's paradigm for birth, rarely is any of these possibilities considered. Instead we focus on the pain, struggle and what might go wrong.
